  Nadine J. Parker - Director

Nadine Parker is the Director of the National Capital Coalition to Prevent Underage Drinking (NCCPUD). Nadine, a native Washingtonian, has led NCCPUD in its efforts to train junior and high school students to become youth advocates for safe alcohol policies in their communities.

Nadine began her activist career in the substance abuse prevention field in the Marshall Heights Community Development Organization, working on the “Fighting Back” Initiative, which focuses on ATOD prevention and treatment issues in the District. In 2002, Nadine was appointed by the District's Alcohol Beverage Control Board to serve as a member on the Advisory Committee on the Alcoholic Beverage Regulations.

  Felicia S. Donelson - College Intern

Felicia S. Donelson is a College Intern for the National Capital Coalition to Prevent Underage Drinking.  As an intern, Felicia assists the Communications Director and the Youth Coordinator with various projects undertaken by the organization.  She also is a strong liasion to the youth advocates in NCCPUD.

Felicia has been a part of the NCCPUD family for nearly seven years.  She joined NCCPUD in her sophomore year in high school serving as both a youth advocate and leader for her peers.  Felicia attends McDaniel College, located in Westminster, MD.  She is majoring in Political Science with a minor in Spanish.  Upon completion of her undergraduate career, she plans to attend law school.
