On June 29, 2004, NCCPUD held its 2004 Youth Advocate Community Leadership & Enforcement Awards banquet.  This was designed to recognize the outstanding efforts and achievements of individuals in underage drinking prevention, in the District of Columbia.  The awards banquet is a special time for parents, community leaders, and the youth to get together to celebrate all of the hard work put forth during the year. The 2004 Youth Advocate Community Leadership and Enforcement Awards Winners are:   Community Leadership – Councilmember Adrian M.
